One to one private yoga and mindfulness classes can help you gain a more thorough understanding of your body's capabilities and limitations with a view to establishing a sustainable, safe yoga practice that will nourish and support you throughout life. Private classes are only available online via Zoom or in-person depending on your location. Students book private lessons for a variety of intentions, for example; - to grasp the basics of yoga (3 + private sessions recommended); - to develop confidence with a view to practising in group settings; - to gain mobility, strength or balance; - to benefit a pastime or sport or to help heal from an injury; - to cultivate mindfulness; - to help manage pain and improve well-being; - to gain further insight into, and practice of, particular poses; - to explore yogic philosophy or unfamiliar styles of yoga/pranayama; - or to simply enjoy one on one attention in a private space.
